Plastic Surgery FAQ

    • [Contouring] Is it possible for women to have surgery while on their period?
        1. It is not impossible to undergo surgery during the menstrual cycle; however, there is a higher possibility of increased bleeding, swelling, and bruising. Therefore, it is generally recommended to avoid scheduling surgery during this time if possible. Even if the timing overlaps, it usually does not have a major impact, but considering the physical discomfort and condition during menstruation, it is better to avoid it.

    • [Eye plastic surgery] I usually use double eyelid glue or tape, and my eyelids have become saggy. Does that mean I’m not able to undergo surgery?
        1. Even if you have been using double eyelid glue, the surgical method will be determined based on the degree of skin sagging. Having saggy eyelids does not necessarily mean that an incision is required. Depending on the extent of the sagging, procedures such as the natural adhesion method may still be possible.
